With reference to your application for visa, you are advised to submit the following:

 

GENERAL FOR ALL VISA APPLICANTS

FOR BUSINESS VISA

  • Return air ticket
  • Yellow Fever Certificate
  • Bank statement for last 3 months.  The a/c statement should be certificate by the bank and must indicate the name of the officer, full address and telephone/fax numbers
  • A separate letter giving full details of previous visits to India, including periods of stay
  • Your CV/bio-data
  • A separate letter which gives your present occupation and detailed purpose of your intended visit to India

In addition to everything in Col A:

 

  • Letter of invitation from Indian company (in original).  The letter should indicate products/services of business and details of previous association.
  • Email of the above invitation should be sent to the High Commission at consvisa@hcilagos.org; fs1@hcilagos.org;
  • Incorporation certificate in original as well as in photocopy
  • Tax clearance in original as well as photocopy;
  • Pharmaceutical companies will also produce NAFDAC licence and membership certificate in original as well photocopy.

MEDICAL/MEDICAL ATTENDANT’S VISA

In addition to everything in Col A:

 

  • Letter from the local hospital/doctor
  • Complete copies of treatment record from the local hospital
  • Letter from the Indian hospital which must also be mailed by the hospital authorities to High Commission at High Commission’s mail box (see above)
  • Proof of relationship of accompanying the patient and a letter indicating relationship

In addition to everything at Col A:

 

  • Letter of recommendation from Nigerian football association
  • Letter of invitation from Indian football club (in original)
  • Copy of contract

  • Copies of the professional degree as well original should be presented.

  • Student’s degree certificates in original and in photocopies.
  • In case it is a reapplication for current studies, you would also need letter from the principal indicating that you are continuing the studies and the mark sheet for previous semester

  • Letter of contract in original
  • Copy of the letter from Indian company to be sent to High Commission’s mail box
